2 Timothy 3:15-17
"And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:  That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works."

2 Timothy 2:15
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.  But shun profane and vain babblings."

Biblical Investigations came about because of my own personal experience in the earnest study of the Holy Bible and my desire to address the many questions people have raised about what the Bible teaches. I have been studying the Bible now for some 29 years, and so I thought that I might be able to help those that have had sincere questions (including myself) about the Bible, it's teachings, and what many people have "said" the Bible teaches, and to find Biblical answers to their questions.

My plan has been and still is to take questions from people, then research them, and finally provide the results of my personal investigation into the the matter at hand.  I would provide my findings to those who first submitted the questions, and also to anyone who desired to have the same.  This way others who have had the same questions may find an answer as well.

The question that one person has is often the very question that others have had but for whatever reason they just have never asked. By publishing my personal findings about various Bible subjects I hope that in some way to contribute to your understanding of what is the TRUTH which the Holy Bible.  Also, I hope to help you and anyone I can to sort through some of the confusing teachings and misconceptions being dispersed by means of the volumes of Internet religious websites.

My purpose, goal, prayer, and my earnest desire is that God's will-that "all come to a knowledge of the truth" might be fulfilled, at least in part, through Biblical Investigations.

Sincerely, In Christian Service,

Pastor Richard P. Mendoza
