It is obvious from these text that Paul is instructing Timothy about how the Church is of be ordered or structure as a FAMILY with those who fill the roles of fathers and mothers, brohters and sisters.  The CHURCH is a FAMILY with fathers IN the church and mothers IN the church.

Authentic Women's Ministry from the Biblical perspective is all about a woman's role in her FAMILY, both in her own home and in the church.

A women is not the head of her home neither is she to act as if she is the head of her church family.  This is NOT her God-ordained role no matter how much she main claim that God has "called" her to function in the church family as an elder and that the Holy Spirit has given her the gift of  being a "pastor."

The Christian Home/FAMILY is a parallel to the Christian Church/FAMILY-they are mirror images one of another.
